Meet the SAIV Director - Caroline Lancaster
Caroline is a second-generation Malayalee American who has lived in San Jose, Singapore, Boston, Chicago and is currently based in San Diego.
Caroline is driven by seeing young South Asian leaders lead out of who God has made them to be. She has spearheaded the creation of many SAIV resources including the Worthy campaign, SAIV Discipleship cycles and is co-host of the Faith and Chai podcast. She is a certified Cultural Intelligence Trainer and participated in Rev. Dr. Brenda-Salter McNeil’s Reconciliation Leaders Cohort.
When she isn't hustling to finish her Master of Divinity at Fuller Seminary you can find her playing outside with her family. Caroline is currently serving as interim National SAIV Director.
